Casa Monty is a stunning villa located in the southwest of Spain, just a 12-minute drive from Chiclana de la Frontera and within walking distance from a beautiful beach. It's an ideal vacation spot for families looking for a fun and comfortable stay. The villa features a gorgeous garden with a large swimming pool and Roman temple-inspired architecture.



The villa is 200 m² in size and includes a cosy living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, four comfortable bedrooms, and three modern bathrooms. It can accommodate up to eight guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in all rooms, a fireplace, a washing machine, a satellite television, a cot, and a highchair.



The first bedroom has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a terrace with sun loungers. The second and third bedrooms each have two single beds, while the fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The private outdoor area features an outdoor shower, a pool, a balcony, a lush garden, and a partially covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is also a basement area with a table tennis table.



The Playa de Sancti-Petri beach is just a 2-minute drive away (1.4km) from the villa, while a restaurant, café, and bar are within a 3-minute walk (260 m). The nearest supermarket is a 2-minute drive away (1.2 km). If you wish to explore the area, Gibraltar is 1 and a half hours away by car (114 km), while Jerez Airport is just a 45-minute drive away (55 km).



The villa allows pets, but only upon request and at an additional fee. Free parking is available on the road. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
