This Finca is a beautiful property set in a spacious and mature garden with trees, providing plenty of areas to relax and unwind. It features an outdoor eating area under a purpose-built gazebo with a table and chairs, adjacent to a traditional stone BBQ. The property also includes a swimming pool with sun loungers for sunbathing. The Finca is one of the most rebooked properties, boasting a typical campo finca style. It is important to note that since it is an older built property with a certain amount of quirky features, it requires a certain degree of appreciation. However, it is superbly constructed to withstand the harsher winters and hot summers.



You could park your cars in shaded areas and never want to leave this beautiful place until your holiday is over. However, it would be a shame not to explore the local area. Pago de Humo village is situated just 7 km from the sea and Barrosa beach, voted into the top ten beaches of Spain by contributors to the Lonely Planet Guide. The village itself offers many good restaurants with authentic Spanish food, including Casa Blas and Florentina. It also has a chemist and a mini-supermarket that sells fresh-baked bread, has a delicatessen, and all the other usual products you would find in a mini-supermarket. The town of Chiclana, which is only 2km away, offers all the usual facilities including an indoor market selling local produce, many tapas bars, and cafés. The motorway is only 5 minutes away, giving fast access to Cadiz, Sevilla and Jerez, and Gibraltar is only an hour away.



The property includes Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a fireplace, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a dishwasher, freezer, fridge, coffee machine, hob, microwave, oven, blender, kettle, and toaster. There are four bedrooms: the first has two single beds, the second has a double bed, the third has two single beds, and the fourth has a king-size bed. Two of the bedrooms (bedrooms 2 and 4) have en-suite facilities, while the other two bedrooms share a large family bathroom, which has a bath with a shower attachment and an independent shower area.



The property also features a private pool, patio, garden, terrace furniture, sunbeds, barbecue, plenty of private parking, a sensory play area for children, and a games room with darts and a pool table. Pets are permitted with prior agreement at an extra cost. Linens and towels are provided.
