This is a charming villa situated in the village of Hozanejos. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a swimming pool. The villa has been tastefully decorated and is perfect for a relaxing family vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils for cooking, a washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, etc. However, it doesn't have a dishwasher. The villa has a master bedroom with a private bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and a third bedroom with two single beds as well. The surrounding gardens and large swimming pool are well-maintained, and there are ample outdoor dining areas and a lovely barbecue area. The villa is just a 20-minute drive from all the local beaches and Chiclana de la Frontera. The nearby village of El Colarado, only 10 minutes away, boasts some wonderful restaurants, a pharmacy, a large supermarket and other stores for your convenience. There is also a very good golf course just a 5-minute drive away. Pets are allowed at this villa, but prior request is required.
