Appointment The VENDOR appoints the AGENT to market the property at the initial asking price provided. Service Options 1. Full service The full-service option includes the following support: • Marketing and advertising the property on the AGENT’s websites and major real estate portals. • Arranging and conducting viewings, and negotiating the price and terms of sale. • Scheduling all appointments relating to the sale, including completion at the notary’s office. • Preparing or reviewing private sale contracts and other relevant documentation. • Accompanying the VENDOR to sign documents, including completion at the notary’s office. • Assisting the VENDOR with plusvalia procedures at the town hall. • Assisting with NIE-related matters. • Assisting with issues relating to the electricity supply contract. • Completing relevant tax documentation. • Arranging the energy efficiency certificate, with the cost payable by the VENDOR.
